Terms and Conditions
Below is important information about Live Art with Beth Fraser (the “Experience”) taking place at Westfield London (the “Centre”) (the “Event”).
Please read these Terms and Conditions carefully as they:
1. outline important information and potential risks for participants; and
2. describe the Event Organisers’ responsibilities to you for the Event.
The Event is organised by Commerz Real Investmentgesellschaft MBH, (the “Centre Owner”), and the asset manager of Westfield London, Westfield Europe Limited (“Westfield”), together referred to as the “Event Organisers”, “we”, “us”, or “our”.
By participating in the Experience, you are deemed to have accepted and agree to adhere to these Terms and Conditions (“Terms”). The Event Organisers reserve the right to amend these Terms from time to time.

1. The Experience
This Experience is a free, live art activation with artist Beth Fraser taking place at Westfield London, on Level 0 near Omega, on 25 October 2025, between 12:00pm and 4:00pm.
During the Experience, Beth Fraser will create bespoke collage-style portraits for participating visitors.
Participation is free of charge and available on a first-come, first-served basis, subject to capacity. One portrait per person will be provided.

2. Participation Requirements
- Participants must be aged 16 or over.
- There are no accessibility restrictions for this Experience.
- No booking or reservation is required. Entry is on a walk-in basis and may involve queuing.
- Participants take part entirely at their own risk.
- Participants must follow all instructions and safety announcements made by Experience staff or security personnel.
The Experience does not involve the application of any materials to the skin.

3. Prohibited Items and Conduct
Participants must not:
- bring weapons, glass bottles, flammable liquids, or any other dangerous items into the Centre;
- smoke cigarettes, vapes, or similar electronic devices within the Experience area; or
- behave in a disruptive, unsafe, or inappropriate manner.
All general Westfield London shopping centre rules apply.
The Event Organisers reserve the right to refuse admission or request that a participant leave the Experience area at any time, at their absolute discretion.

4. Changes, Cancellations and Closure
The Event Organisers reserve the right to:
- change the advertised time, duration, or format of the Event without notice, where necessary for reasons beyond their reasonable control;
- cancel the Event at short notice if Beth Fraser is unwell or where other unforeseen circumstances prevent it from taking place within the Centre; and
- close the Experience at any time for safety or operational reasons.
Where possible, prior notice of any changes or cancellations will be provided.

5. Liability
The Event Organisers will not be responsible for the loss or damage of any personal belongings during participation in the Experience.
While the Event Organisers monitor the performance of services delivered by third-party suppliers, including Sister London (the “Supplier”), any liability arising from acts or omissions of the Supplier is the responsibility of the Supplier, not the Event Organisers.
Except for liability that cannot be excluded by law, neither the Centre Owner nor Westfield will be liable for death or personal injury arising from causes beyond their reasonable control, including acts or omissions of the Supplier.
The Event Organisers are not liable for any indirect loss, including travel expenses, parking fees, or other out-of-pocket costs.

6. Photography, Filming and Media Use
By entering the Experience area, you acknowledge that photography, filming, and/or recording may take place.
By participating, you grant the Event Organisers and their partners the right to use photographs, video, or audio recordings taken at the Event—including your image, likeness, or any artwork created during your participation—for marketing, promotional, or archival purposes, in any media, worldwide, without compensation.
If you do not wish to be photographed or filmed, please inform a member of staff before participating.

7. Data Protection
If you provide personal data (for example, when signing up to the Westfield Club or for marketing communications), this data will be processed in accordance with applicable data protection laws and the Westfield Privacy Notice (Privacy Notice).
This notice explains how Westfield processes personal data, your rights in relation to that data, and how you can contact us. The Westfield data protection team can be contacted at DPO@urw.com.

8. General Provisions
If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, that provision will be struck out and the remaining provisions will continue in force.
Only companies within the Westfield group, the Centre Owner, or Westfield may benefit from these Terms; no other third party shall have rights under the Contracts (Rights of Third Parties) Act 1999.
Failure to enforce any part of these Terms does not constitute a waiver of the right to enforce them later.
These Terms are governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of England and Wales, and any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.
