Click & collect

Click & collect is a complete service center with a range of different services.

In click & collect you will get help from our knowledgeable staff to find your way around Westfield Mall of Scandinavia. We also sell Westfield Mall of Scandinavia's cloth bags, caps, gift cards and our own honey. We are an agent for Postnord where you can send letters and pick up and drop off your packages. You are also offered the opportunity to try on your newly purchased goods in our fitting room. Here you can hang up your jacket and bag in our cloakroom and bag drop-off, borrow a stroller and wheelchair. You can also pick up an information bracelet that you can write your contact details on and put around your child's wrist.

In click & services you have the opportunity to print documents (max. 5 pages/person), your shipping label and photos. Click & collect can be found on floor 0 by the toilet group near the grocery stores.

Lost and found items: Lost and found items in the mall are collected for click & collect, so you have the opportunity to pick up lost items here.
