Noorii Temakeria gives the sushi experience a completely new exciting focus. Inspiration is taken from Brazil where our freshly made Temaki rolls, with unique flavor combinations, can be eaten on site or enjoyed on the go. Our brand and the name Noorii originate from the Japanese word "nori" which means seaweed. Seaweed paper is the main ingredient in a temaki, as this thin seaweed paper has the function of keeping the contents in place and also making it possible to eat everything by hand. Our brand is characterized by a unique sushi experience where freshness and playfulness are in focus.
