Just in time for the start of the summer holidays, Westfield Centro has gained a new attraction: in mid-July, Karls opened its first adventure village in the Ruhr region on our outdoor grounds. Pure fun and action now await you in the area next to the LEGOLAND Discovery Centre.
But Karls Adventure Village is no ordinary amusement park! Or have you ever been on the Strawberry Kebab ride? This extraordinary ride spins at dizzying heights, offering a view over the park where you can tackle attractions such as the Curryversum, a toilet slide and a Treggerbahn. Instead of a ball pit, at Karls’ Adventure Village you can romp around in corn kernels. Even a trip to the loo becomes an adventure in the Disco Loo.
Various small eateries provide you with delicious snacks – from Pipikaka ice cream to the Strawberry Döner, there’s something for everyone. In the Jam Kitchen or Sweet Factory, you can also watch as sweet treats are made. That’s what makes Karls Erlebnis-Dorf so special: here, you can experience farming and agricultural produce in a whole new way, up close and personal.
And best of all: entry is free! You only need to pay a small fee for individual rides.
