By signaling the secret sign "Signal for help", or pronouncing the code question: "Is Luisa here?" you will be helped in the best possible way according to the situation. This does not automatically mean a call to the police, but situationally appropriate actions such as the provision of useful information (Info-Folder "Protection from Violence" Province of Lower Austria), or the discreet handing over of relevant contact information.

Our staff is there for you and have been trained internally.
