So that shopping is also an experience for children:

A total of 24 Kids Cars are available for our customers in the Garden Plaza and Water Plaza areas.

How to get your Kids Car in the Garden Plaza area:

You are of legal age and your child is older than 1 year and taller than 80cm
Come to the Garden Plaza reception
Leave a valid ID (identity card, driving licence or passport) there.
You will receive a token with which you can trigger the corresponding Kids Car
The service costs €2 for Westfield Club members, otherwise the hire costs €4 (if the car is used for more than 4 hours, the amount will be charged again)
Return the Kids Car after use, plug it in and remove the tokenReturn the token to reception and get your pass back (no later than 15 minutes before the centre closes)

How to get to your Kids Car in the Water Plaza area:

You are of legal age and your child is older than 1 year and taller than 80cm
Use the digital terminal directly at the station to book the desired Kids Car
The service costs €2,- for Westfield Club members, otherwise the rental costs €4,- (if used for more than 4 hours, the amount will be charged again)Follow the instructions on the screen - the costs will be debited directly via the payment method specified
The Kids Car will be released as soon as the payment process has been completed
Return the Kids Car after use and connect it to the station
As soon as the green light lights up, the booking process is complete and the car has been successfully returned

Safety and liability information: To be able to use the Kids Car, the child must be at least 1 year old and taller than 80cm. The safety belt must be fastened and the door closed and locked before use. The Kids Cars may only be used inside the centre and may not leave the building. The hire runs for a maximum of one day. The Kids Car must be returned at least 15 minutes before the centre closes. Damage to the vehicle must be reported to reception immediately. The PTA Group and Westfield Shopping City Süd accept no responsibility for damage caused by the use of the Kids Car or by third parties. Use is at your own risk, parents are liable for their children.
