Badner Bahn: Renovation works in April and May 🚧

From March 28 to April 6, there will be service restrictions on the section between Vösendorf Siebenhirten and Wiener Neudorf due to modernization work on the Badner Bahn. This section will be renovated during the Easter break to ensure the line is ready for the future.

To ensure you can still reach Westfield Shopping City Süd comfortably, a rail replacement service has been set up for the closed section. This means your trip remains easy to plan and hassle-free even during the construction work.

Please allow a little extra time for your journey and check the current connections in advance.

Second Construction Phase in April and May

The modernization work will then move into the next phase. This will take place from 4:30 a.m. on April 27 to 4:30 a.m. on May 4. During this period as well, a rail replacement service will again be provided between U6 Siebenhirten and Wiener Neudorf.

In addition, a shuttle service will be offered to take you directly to Entrance 5 of Westfield Shopping City Süd. This ensures convenient access to the center even during the second construction phase.
