For more safety and well-being! Westfield Donau Zentrum is the first shopping center in Austria where you can shop or stroll calmly and relaxed. If you ever feel harassed, molested or acutely threatened by violence we would like to help you at our reception.

By discreetly giving the secret sign "Signal for help", or the pronunciation of the code question: "Is Luisa here?" you will be helped in the best possible way according to the situation. This does not automatically mean a call to the police, but requires situational actions, or useful information (Info-Folder of the Women's Emergency Call Vienna), or only the discreet handing over of the 24 hour hotline of the Emergency Call of the City of Vienna.

Our staff is there for you and have been trained internally.
