The Westfield Gift Card can be precharged once with an amount ranging from € 10 to € 150. When paying with the Westfield gift card, it is important that you are informed about your available credit. When asked for the code, simply enter “1111”.

The Westfield gift card is valid for 1 year from the date of issue. After the validity has expired, you can have the remaining credit on your card transferred to a new card free of charge at the reception in the center. If you do not make use of the free option, the card issuer reserves the right to charge a monthly fee for keeping the remaining credit available from the 4th month after the card has expired.

So that you always know exactly how much credit you have left on your Westfield gift card after a purchase, we offer several query options:

• Scan the QR code on the back of the gift card with your mobile phone camera (or if necessary with a QR code scanner app) and the current credit balance and validity date will be displayed.
• Credit query
• A tablet with a scanner is available at our reception desks. Our staff will be happy to assist you. To combine the remaining credit of several cards on one card, please also contact the reception staff.
