Westfield Topanga & The Village has announced a vision to open a unique new dining and entertainment district slated to be unveiled in late 2021, transforming a long-vacated 160,000-square-foot former Sears department store into a must-visit destination. The enhancements will further establish Westfield Topanga as the perfect place for locals and vistors alike to shop, eat and play, as well as position the center at the vanguard of experience-driven retail destinations nationally.
The new district will feature a chef-driven Food Hall showcasing some of the country’s top food concepts along with cutting-edge sit-down restaurants; sleek lounges and cocktail bars; unique interior and exterior boutiques; best-in-class entertainment and recreational activities; and landscaped indoor and outdoor public spaces and plazas.
YOU HAVE ARRIVED
Alongside Victory Boulevard, visitors will immediately experience a distinct sense of arrival as Westfield Topanga's new Grand Entrance comes into view. In addition to floating panes of triple-height glass welcoming the community into a larger-than-life-atrium, the new space will include canopy lights emitting a Southern California glow, cozy outdoor fireplaces and plenty of comfortable seating for gathering year-round with friends and family.
LA'S NEWEST HANGOUT
With its purposefully designed outdoor plazas and patios, curated galleries, and hideaways to hang out, Westfield Topanga’s new dining and entertainment district will become a fantastic focal point for the community to come relax and socialize any time of day or night.
DISCOVER THE NEW FOOD HALL
Westfield Topanga’s new Food Hall will pique the interest and flavor profiles of the culinary curious, the social foodie, and out-of-towners coming in for a weekend visit.
The new district’s all-encompassing menus feature cutting-edge street food concepts, award-winning chefs, a micro-brewery and cocktail bars – all of which elevate this experience with LA’s newest and most trendsetting eateries.
When paired with Topanga’s new entertainment offerings, we’re creating an entirely new playground and sensational place to visit any time of the day, every day of the week.
COMMITMENT TO COMMUNITY
After kicking off in January 2020, construction work on Westfield Topanga’s new dining and entertainment will occur almost entirely within the confines of the property’s former Sears store space. As a result, the impact on center guests and visitors will be minimal – with shops and restaurants to remain open for business throughout the transformation process.
