For mobility-impaired customers, Westfield Old Orchard offers complimentary wheelchairs and motorized scooters for up to three hours.

The wheelchairs and scooters are subject to availability. To utilize the service, a photo ID is required. For your convenience, handicapped parking is located near the main center entrances.

Professional valet service is available at two stations for $6. Valet is complimentary on Monday through Thursday from 11am-3pm.

For valet locations:

• Enter off Old Orchard Road on the North side of the shopping center next to McCormick & Schmick's and Crate & Barrel.
• Enter off Skokie Boulevard on the East side of the shopping center near Maggiano's Little Italy and Barnes & Noble.
