Westfield Horton Plaza offers Smarte Carte^® strollers to make shopping with your children easy and fun.

The colorful vehicle-themed strollers help keep children happy, comfortable and safe while adults shop. Choose from the race car-themed single stroller or fire truck-themed double stroller.

Smarte Carte self-serve stroller vending units accept credit cards or cash.

The strollers feature:

• Plenty of space for personal items and purchases
• Two convenient cup holders and a snack tray
• A moving steering wheel to keep little hands occupied
• Lap safety belt

Westfield Horton Plaza offers complimentary wheelchairs at the Westfield Concierge on Level 1 near Macy's. The wheelchairs are subject to availability but can be reserved by calling 619.239.8180. To utilize the service, a photo ID is required. 

Our parking garage is open 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. Parking validation for three hours of parking is available inside the mall every day from 7am-9pm. No purchase necessary. Parking rates are $8 per hour or $2 for every 15-minute increment.

Pass to Free Parking
Customers who spend $500 in one day at Westfield Horton Plaza retailers are eligible for free parking for the entire day. Visit the Westfield Concierge prior to departure to receive your Pass to Free Parking 

Handicap Parking
Customers with a handicap parking placard or license plate are eligible to receive an additional hour of validated parking. Please alert the parking attendant at time of departure.

Family Parking
Take advantage of preferred, up-front parking spaces for expectant mothers and families with small children.

Westfield Horton Plaza family parking is located on parking levels 4 Avocado and 4 Pineapple.
