LA Fitness Coming

In the Fall of 2012

To help you look your best in your new fashions or work up an appetite to guiltlessly enjoy one of the dining options at Westfield Connecticut Post, we are excited to announce another new addition - LA Fitness.

The 40,000 square foot state-of-the-art sports club will feature full court basketball, racquetball, a four-lane lap pool, sauna, locker rooms, indoor cycling classes and more.

These amenities surround a full array of equipment, including the latest-generation cardio, select drive circuit training and free weight areas.

Trained instructors will lead a plethora of classes every week, covering all skill levels and degrees of intensity from yoga to fast-paced aerobics. Baby sitting and personal training will also be available.
