It all started with the Maker's Mark bourbon which was aged until it’s ready: at least six years. And bacon which is smoked for 6 hours using real hardwood Applewood. Their 100% white cheddar which is aged for 3 months. And then the final step, their 100% Angus beef blend that is cooked to order (every time) for 2 minutes and 30 seconds. All they ask is that you take 1 second to enjoy that awesomeness after your first bite of the bourbon bacon cheddar burger that was 6+ years in the making.
