DRY AGED WEEKEND
From February 2-5, Eataly is offering 50% OFF select dry-aged cuts from Creekstone Farms. Their butchers source all of our meat from clean, sustainable farms and ranches where the animals graze daily in open pastures, and are humanely handled. Dry-aged beef is extremely tender with a unique, nutty and aromatic flavor. Since the meat loses water during the dry-aging process, the taste is much more concentrated — the longer it's been dry-aged, the more flavorful and tender it will be.
