Merchandise Pick-Up
Shop your favorite stores directly by phone and your retailer will provide pick-up instructions upon your arrival at our designated space in the West concourse, to the right of the PATH Trains, or on the Dey Street Plaza entrance kiosk. Before you arrive, text Concierge at 332.228.3177 and your order will be waiting. Convenient, safe, and easy.
Merchandise Delivery
You may now have the items you purchase at the Shops at the Oculus delivered via Uber Direct! Items will be delivered by bicycle messenger within 5 miles of the Oculus for a $13 flat rate fee. Some restrictions apply. To schedule a delivery from a store, text 332.228.3177 to coordinate.
Merchandise Pick-up Location
Our pick-up concierge location is in the West Concourse Lower Level or on the Dey Street Plaza entrance to the Oculus.
