Q: What can I do at the Giants Garden?

A: The Giants Garden is a larger-than-life experience, you can play a game of giant swing ball, enjoy the Zorb pool, Don’t forget to take your photo by the giant watering can too!

Q: Do I need to book this event?

A: You can participate in the event anytime between 12pm – 8pm on Monday to Saturday, and 12 – 6pm on Sunday. A booking system is in place for the Zorb pool, tickets will be live soon

A: The event is free

Q: Who can use the Zorb pool?

A: It is strictly prohibited for use by riders who are pregnant or have a history of heart conditions, respiratory problems, panic attacks, epilepsy, or similar conditions. Those who are currently undergoing medical treatment or have had surgery in last six months are not permitted to take part in the activity. Those under the influence of alcohol, drugs or any other stimulus are strictly prohibited to take part in the activity. You must be able to swim unaided.

Q: What age do I need to be to use the Zorb pool?

A: You must be over the age of 5 years old and must be accompanied by a parent. The maximum rider height is 6ft and the maximum rider weight is 65kg.

Q: How long can I spend in the Zorb pool?

A: Maximum 5 mins per person.

Q: Can I wear shoes in the zorb pool?

A: The zorb pool requires socks.

Q: Can I take my own photographs?

A: Yes, camera phones may be used.

ZORB POOL RULES & REGULATIONS:

We want you to enjoy the Zorb pool, however please be respectful of the below Rules and Regulations.

The Zorb pool is strictly prohibited for use by riders who are pregnant or have a history of heart conditions,respiratory problems, panic attacks, epilepsy, or similar conditions. Those who are currently undergoing medical treatment or have had surgery in last six months are not permitted to take part in the activity. Those under theinfluence of alcohol, drugs or any other stimulus are strictly prohibited to take part in the activity.

Only those who can swim unaided are able to take part in the activity.

Only ONE rider per Zorb.

The maximum rider weight is 65kg and maximum rider height is 6ft.

Only those over the age of 5 years old can take part in the activity and all children must be supervised by parents and/or carers at all times.

The Zorb pool session will last a maximum of 5 minutes per rider.

No shoes in the Zorb pool – Socks only.

Riders must remove all sharp objects from your clothes and pockets.

Staff reserve the right to refuse admission to the Zorb activation and can ask guests to leave at any time if the above protocols are not met.

Physical or Verbal abuse will not be tolerated by Westfield. Anyone doing so will be asked to leave immediately.

Use of the Zorb pool is on a ticketed basis, and you will be allocated a time slot.
