Celebrating diversity and providing inclusive services is a key element of Better Places 2030. We want our centres and our organisation to be a safe and welcoming space for our customers and our people alike.

In support of the Hidden Disabilities Sunflower Campaign, you can pick up a free sunflower lanyard to keep from the Shopmobility Desk. The lanyards are specifically designed as a discreet sign for our employees to recognise you may need additional support and assistance whilst at our centre.

We understand that guests with additional sensory needs may find visiting our centre a daunting experience.

We offer sensory packs that have been selected with key items to offer children and adults a broad range of sensory opportunities and therapeutic benefits. The pack has been designed to support people living with a wide range of disabilities who are likely to benefit from sensory resources to make their shopping experience more enjoyable.

Our sensory packs contain items such as ear defenders and sunglasses to help with noise and light sensitivity, fiddle toys to keep hands busy and relieve stress and feeling fans to express how you are feeling.

"This is a wonderful development and speaks very highly of your determination to be inclusive as an organisation."

A Black Pound Day pop-up shop opened at Westfield London to celebrate Black History Month in 2021, showcasing over 60 black-owned brands.

Black Pound Day is a social economic movement to support the growth of the UK Black economy and falls on the first Saturday of every month and was launched in 2020 in response to the murder of George Floyd.

Since 2021 Westfield London now  donates all its laptops to Hammersmith and Fulham schools to help bridge the gap of digital poverty.

With a representation in 12 countries and 2 continents, we welcome employees from different parts of the world, from diverse cultures and backgrounds to build successful and inclusive teams.

Our Be You at URW commitment to diversity and inclusion is built on the premise that with us you can fully be yourself and be proud of who you are.
