URW for Jobs is our employability programme which helps local residents into employment and training opportunities

Workshops include what employers want to see, soft skills and mock interviews with Westfield employees, accredited training so you can apply for a Security Industry Authority licence and the opportunity to apply for live vacancies within major companies and household brands within Westfield London.

We also work in partnership with LMP Education offering traineeships. A traineeship is a skills development programme that includes a work placement which must be a minimum of 6 weeks. The traineeship helps prepare young people for an apprenticeship or job if they don’t have the appropriate skills or experience. If you're interested in taking part in a traineeship please contact LMP Education or visit their website to find out more.

"I never really felt comfortable in job interviews, which definitely contributed to me not being able to find a job that was right for me. I heard about URW for Jobs through a friend, and working with them to learn new skills and practice answering questions not only helped me find work but feel more confident in my abilities."

Ben Bates found a job working with our facilities contractor, ISS, as part of URW for Jobs, and was nominated for "Apprentice of the Year" at the West London Business Awards for the exemplary performance he has shown at Westfield London.

"Ben has successfully provided an outstanding contribution within his role of Electrical Building Service Apprentice and has had an enormous impact to both customers and colleagues at Westfield London."
