• Using low-energy LED lighting, insulating materials and energy-efficient equipment to reduce energy consumption.
• Using sustainable and recyclable materials when fitting out and altering the shop including timber from renewable sources.
• Robust waste management plans which maximise potential recycling.
• Limiting single-use plastics.
• Reducing water consumption.
• Encouraging sustainable transport methods for staff and customers.
