Kids Eat Free Promotion: Terms and Conditions

Westfield London (“Westfield”) operates and manages the website www.uk.westfield.com (“Website”) in the United Kingdom.  Visitors (“you”), who purchase one regular/adult meal at any designated food and beverage retailer or kiosk at Westfield White City (“Centre”) between 11 February and 19 February 2023, may redeem a free children’s food option (“Offer”).  The Offer will be subject to: (i) the terms and conditions set out in this Website; and (ii) the terms and conditions provided by each Designated Retailer (defined below).

1. For the purpose of this Offer, children are entitled to a free food option* at the Centre on the day you visit (“Visit Day”) provided that:
   1. You purchase at least one regular/adult meal (or a qualifying children’s activity) at a Designated Retailer, which are listed at term 2 below, during your Visit Day;

       

   2. The purchase is made during certain hours of a Designated Retailer between 11 February – 19 February 2023 (inclusive) (“Offer Period”); and
   3. You comply with other terms and conditions of a Designated Retailer, which may include age limits for children and minimum spend.  Please check these restrictions with the individual Designated Retailer.

   *Please note that Ichiba offers 50% off a kids’ meal rather than a free food option, subject to their terms and conditions being satisfied.

    

2. For the purpose of this promotion, the Offer can be redeemed at the following food and beverage retailers or kiosks at the Centre only (“Designated Retailers”):

   The Shake Lab, Master Bao, Bill’s, Spaghetti House, Puttshack White City, Bindas Eatery, Franco Manca, Sixes Social Cricket, City Bouldering, Copper Chimney, Barino, Ichiba, Comptoir Lebanese, Flippers, Busaba, Indigo Rasoi, Boost Juice Bar, The Real Greek, Cabana and Café Concerto.

    

3. The Offer is available to all visitors making a relevant purchase at the Centre and complying with the terms of conditions of a Designated Retailer.

    

4. The Offer will be made available at the Designated Retailers only and the food options for children may vary.

    

5. All Offers must be redeemed directly at the same Designated Retailer on the same day you purchase a regular/adult meal (or a children’s activity) during the Offer Period.  Only one Offer per Designated Retailer can be used for each Visit Day unless otherwise stated by a Designated Retailer. 

    

6. You may redeem the Offer any number of times throughout the Offer Period, subject to these terms and  conditions and those of each Designated Retailer (which are available on their website / premises) being satisfied.  

    

7. For the avoidance of doubt, the Offer excludes any purchases from grocery shops such as Waitrose or Marks and Spencer.

    

8. Visitors who look to redeem the Offer may need to show proof of their children’s age upon request at a Designated Retailer in order to receive the Offer.

    

9. The Offer is non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash.

    

10. We reserve the right to change the advertised dates and schedule of the Offer without notice or liability, where it is necessary to do so for reasons beyond our reasonable control.  We may amend or remove parts of the Offer if deemed faulty.  These terms set out your rights in this situation.

     

11. We reserve the right to (i) change these terms from time to time and (ii) cancel the Offer.

     

12. Whilst Westfield makes every effort to monitor the experience fulfilled by the Designated Retailers, any liability incurred by the customer or the recipient caused by any Designated Retailer’s negligence is the responsibility of the Designated Retailer and not the responsibility of Westfield.  Westfield shall not be liable for the death or personal injury of the customer, recipient or third party while undertaking any treatment or activity provided by a Designated Retailer or a relevant supplier. Westfield shall have no liability for damage to property, consequential loss or expenses suffered, which includes but is not limited to loss of anticipated earnings, profits, goodwill, reputation, business receipts or contracts, losses or expenses, resulting in third party claims.

     

13. Due to the nature of some of the dining experiences offered by the Designated Retailers, certain foods may be harmful to your health.  Therefore, the recipient of the Offer must notify the Designated Retailer of any medical conditions or allergens before dining. It is suggested that any requirements are also highlighted upon arrival.

     

14. Save that any company in the Westfield group of companies, as well as the shopping centre owners, may benefit from these terms, no person who is not a party to these terms shall have any right to enforce any term under the Contracts (Rights of Third Parties) Act 1999.

     

15. Nothing in these terms and conditions affects your statutory rights.  These terms and conditions are subject to the law of England and Wales.  All disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts.
