Responsibilties
In this position you'll;
Embrace the Customer service model and drive positive behaviors around the company focus areas;
Deliver the business initiatives to support the brand business vision and increase productivity;
Support the team to deliver the RL Selling Culture;
Execute the Brand Presentation guidelines to further enhance the RL Selling Culture.
Required Skills
Experience in retail and service
A desire to build relationships with customers and foster teamwork
Performing strongly on all sales platforms, including progressive ways of selling
Contributes to the store's sales goals and to achieving personal sales goals
Identifies and acts on self-development opportunities to improve performance
