
Join us at the Oculus for a monthly fitness and wellness series hosted by the Port Authority. Launching in May, these select Wednesday evening classes are designed to inspire healthy habits and bring our community together through movement and wellbeing.
Classes will take place at North Oculus Plaza from 6 PM–7 PM. Register for each class here.
An RSVP allows entry but does not guarantee class participation; all sessions are first-come, first-served. Please arrive at least 5 minutes early to secure your spot, as walk-ups may be accommodated if space becomes available.
A live DJ will help you warm up before each class begins. Please bring your own yoga mat or blanket. All classes are weather dependent and are subject to change.
Bags may be subject to a security screening.
Schedule:
June 17th: Pure Barre
- This signature class is a full-body workout that transforms you physically and mentally! The musically driven group classes focus on low-impact, high-intensity movements that strengthen and tone your body in 50 minutes or less.
July 22nd: CorePower Yoga
- C1 All-Level Power Vinayasa Flow class is designed to create strength, flexibility, balance, and body awareness while calming down the mind. In C1 classes, you will hold and flow through a series of poses, linked through the breath, with options of progressions designed to meet your body at its current state.
August 19th & September 16th: Orangetheory Fitness
- Orangetheory Fitness offers high-energy group workouts that combine cardio and strength training for a fun, full-body session. Participants will be guided through intervals designed to boost endurance, power, and overall wellness. These sessions are accessible for all fitness levels and focus on helping participants move, feel, and perform better.
