PARENTAL GUIDANCE POLICY

Hours: 3:00 PM – Close (Daily)
Effective September 21, 2026

Visitors under 18 years of age must be accompanied by a parent, legal guardian, or chaperone age 21 or older at all times after 3:00 PM, seven days a week.

1. Supervision Requirement: All visitors aged 17 and under must be accompanied by a parent or supervising adult (21+) after 3:00 PM daily. Policy hours are subject to change during the holiday season.

2. Unaccompanied Minors: Minors without proper supervision after 3:00 PM will be required to leave the center or immediately reunite with a supervising adult (21+). Refusal to comply or repeated violations may result in removal from the property, a ban, or trespassing enforcement by the Montgomery County Police Department.

3. Proof of Age: Supervising adults may be required to present valid identification. Individuals unable to provide acceptable ID may be asked to leave.

4. Acceptable Identification: Valid ID includes a state-issued driver’s license or identification card, military ID, or passport. Identification must be tamper-resistant and include a photograph and date of birth.

5. Supervision Ratio: One supervising adult may accompany no more than four (4) minors. All minors must remain with their supervising adult at all times.
6. Responsibility: Supervising adults are responsible for the conduct, the behavior and the compliance of the Shopping Center Code
of Conduct of all minors in their care.

Exemption is made for juveniles working in the mall and during legitimate emergencies. In these emergency incidents,
please report to the Mall Security Office for further information.
