TERMS & CONDITIONS:
1. FREE EVENT
The event is completely FREE. No admission charge. All activities included.
2. REGISTRATION
Registration via PlayByPoint is optional but recommended. Walk-ups welcome. Registration includes digital waiver completion.
3. AGE & PARTICIPATION
All ages welcome. Minimum recommended age: 4 years old. Children under 18 must be accompanied by a parent/guardian. No experience required. All activities beginner-friendly.
4. LIABILITY WAIVER
All participants must sign a liability waiver. If registered on PlayByPoint, waiver signed digitally in advance. If arriving without pre-registration, waiver provided on-site.
5. CONDUCT & SAFETY
Participants agree to follow all coach instructions and facility rules. Padel Up staff reserve the right to remove participants engaging in unsafe behavior. Parents/guardians responsible for supervision of children at all times.
6. PHOTOGRAPHY & MEDIA
Padel Up may capture photos/videos during events for promotional purposes. By attending, participants consent to use of their image in marketing materials and social media (@padelupclub).
7. HEALTH & MEDICAL
Participants with medical conditions should consult a physician before participating. No medical staff on-site. Westfield Century City has full facilities nearby. In case of emergency, 911 will be called immediately.
8. PARKING
Parking available at Westfield Century City (valet, self-parking, street parking). Padel Up not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged vehicles/belongings.
9. WEATHER
The event proceeds rain or shine. In severe weather, events may be postponed/canceled. Updates communicated via email and @padelupclub Instagram.
10. NO REFUND POLICY
The event is FREE. No refunds applicable.
11. MODIFICATION OF EVENT
Padel Up reserves the right to modify event details as needed. Notice of changes communicated via email and social media.
