Prize Draw
Part 1
Westfield Club members collect minimum of 4 individual QR code tokens and present to Guest Services desk, Ground Floor, near Starbucks to redeem a participation gift of an A3 Wicked poster featuring Glinda and Elphaba). One per person, while stocks last.
Part 2
Westfield Europe Limited (“Westfield”), is running a prize draw (the “Prize Draw”) for the opportunity to win a ‘Wickedest Adventure to Wales’ which includes:
Prize package cost for 2 adults and 2 children worth over £2,500
Travel allowance: £200
Accommodation: 3 nights’ treehouse accommodation in Powys, Wales based on sharing a double or quadruple occupancy treehouse
Cave High Ropes Adventure: (Allow 3 hours) Includes professional guide and all equipment
Zipline Adventure: (Allow 2 hours) Includes professional guide and all equipment
Horseback Riding Experience: (1 hour) Includes professional guide and all equipment
Food Hamper: With sweet and savoury food, delivered to treehouse accommodation
Prize is protected against travel company’s insolvency under the ABTOT scheme (Element London ABTOT member number 546)
Prize does not include travel insurance, any additional food, drinks, activities, spending money or any other expenses incurred in associated with taking the prize, unless specifically stated here. Accommodation is not wheelchair accessible. Activities are subject to availability. Full terms and conditions apply, see further below.
Element London is the Prize provider and will liaise with Westfield and the winner to arrange the Prize for the winner.

The Prize Draw opens on 13 November 2025 and closes at 11.59pm on 4 January 2026 (“Prize Draw Period”).
THIS PRIZE DRAW IS EXCLUSIVELY FOR WESTFIELD CLUB MEMBERS ONLY
To enter the Prize Draw entrants must:
Log in to or sign up to a Westfield Club account using your username and password; and
Visit the Westfield Stratford City shopping centre, Montfichet Road, Olympic Park
E20 1EJ and collect a minimum of 4 individual QR code tokens at the following locations:
River island
Vue
Lush
Sky
M&S
Lego
Primark
The Entertainer
Swarovski
Deichmann
between 10am – 9pm Monday – Friday, 9am-9pm on Saturdays and 12pm-6pm on Sundays between 13 November 2025 to 4 January 2026. (follows centre hours)
You will then automatically be entered into the prize draw when you ‘collect’ a minimum of 4 QR code tokens.
The winner will be contacted by Westfield and Element to arrange the trip by email no later than the date stated below.
Governing terms
The promoter of the Prize Draw is Westfield Europe Limited, with its registered office at 1 Ariel Way, London, W12 7SL.
By entering any competition, prize draw or giveaway advertised by Westfield which requires entrants to visit a Westfield website (“Website”) or Westfield app (“App”) to enter or provide information, you confirm that you accept and agree to these Prize Draw terms.
The Prize Draw is only open to persons with a valid Westfield club account.
All Prize Draws are open to United Kingdom residents only, aged 16 years or older and are not open to any employees, agents, contractors, consultants, former employees, former agents, former contractors, former consultants of Westfield, their immediate families, dependents or to other persons assisting or connected with the Prize Draw, nor any corporate customers.
Entrants must follow the instructions or satisfy any entry criteria stated on the Website to enter the Prize Draw.
The Prize Draw is only open during the Prize Draw Period. Entries received outside of the Prize Draw Period will not be eligible.
Westfield is not responsible or liable for entries not received for whatever reason, whether lost, delayed, misdirected, or due to equipment failure, technical malfunction, systems, satellite, network, computer hardware or software failure of any kind which results in delay or failure to enter you into the Prize Draw.
Entries which are incomplete, incorrect, incomprehensible will be void.
Entrants may only enter the Prize Draw once. Entries over the maximum number of entries stated will be void and will not be entered into the Prize Draw.
The winner will be drawn at random unless specified otherwise on the Website.
Westfield shall notify the winner by email no later than 9 January 2026. If the winner cannot be reached within seven working days, Westfield reserves the right to redraw a new winner without liability to any person.
To find out who won the prize, please contact marketing@urw.com. The Promoter will only provide the (1) surname and (2) county of the winner.

The Prize Draw winner of ‘Wickedest Adventure to Wales’ will be contacted by Westfield and Element to make arrangements.
Entrants are not required to pay any costs to claim the Prize.
The Prize cannot be transferred, exchanged or redeemed for cash. Westfield takes no responsibility for entries or Prizes that are lost or destroyed.
Accepting the Prize constitutes the winner’s agreement to any terms and conditions that may apply to redeem that Prize, including any Prize terms and conditions, or additional terms of featured or participating retailers.
Accepting the Prize constitutes a winner’s consent to (i) have their surname and county released and (ii) be photographed and/or interviewed by Westfield and for Westfield to use his or her name, competition entry and/or photographs and interviews for the Prize Draw or publicity purposes without compensation. This includes on the Westfield websites, direct and social media channels.
The decisions of Westfield on all matters relating to the Prize Draw are final and no correspondence will be entered into.
Westfield reserves the right to verify the validity of any entry or winner’s right to redeem the prize in accordance with the terms of the Prize Draw.
Westfield reserves the right to amend or substitute the Prize or part thereof with a prize of equal or higher value in the event of unforeseen circumstances or to amend these terms.
Westfield may, in its absolute discretion, terminate, amend or temporarily suspend the Prize Draw at any time without prior notice.
To the extent permitted by law, Westfield excludes any liability it may have to you arising directly, or indirectly out of or in connection with this Prize Draw.
These terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with English law.
By entering the Prize Draw, each entrant releases any featured or participating retailers from any action, injury, damage or claim arising out of the winner’s use of the Prize or in relation to the Prize Draw. Any questions, comments or complaints regarding this prize draw must be directed to Westfield.
How we use personal data
By submitting an entry, entrants are sending their personal information to Westfield who will use this personal data in accordance with data protection laws. Further information on how personal data is used, and data protection rights are explained in Westfield’s Privacy Notice, available at https://uk.westfield.com/en-gb/privacy-notice. Where specified the Prize Draw is in collaboration with a participating retailer and customers have consented to receiving marketing materials from participating retailers, customers understand that their personal data will be treated in accordance with the participating retailer’s privacy notice (not Westfield’s) and that it is the participating retailer who is responsible for ensuring that the customer’s personal data is treated in accordance with data protection laws. Should customers have any queries or complaints in relation to a participating retailer’s treatment of their personal data, the customer should refer that complaint directly to the participating retailer.
