Terms and Conditions
Below there is important information about Re-loved 2026 (the “Event”) at the Arena in Westfield Stratford City (the “Centre”).
Please read these Terms and Conditions carefully as they:
1. highlight key risks for people; and
2. describe the Event Organisers responsibilities to you for the Event.
The Event is organised by Stratford City Shopping Centre (No.2) Nominee A Limited and Stratford City Shopping Centre (No.2) Nominee B Limited acting as trustees for and on behalf of Stratford City Shopping Centre (No.1) Limited Partnership (the “Centre Owner”) and the asset manager of Westfield Stratford City, Westfield Europe Limited, 4th Floor, 1 Ariel Way, London W12 7SL (“Westfield”) (together, the Event Organisers, “we”, “us”, “our”).
By attending the Event, you are deemed to have accepted and agree to adhere to these Terms and Conditions (“Terms”). The Event Organisers reserve the right to amend these Terms from time to time.
The Event
This Event is a free event for customers of all ages and will take place at Westfield Stratford City between 25-28 June 2026, 12pm – 8pm, Mondays to Saturdays and 12pm – 6pm on Sunday.
The Event includes the following activities:
- A stage area which will host Live DJs and musicians
- Clothing huts representing different music genres. The clothing will be ‘festival’ inspired outfits provided by the UK Charity, Shelter
- Photo opportunity moments
- A fix and repair service provided by Shelter
Subject to these Terms, participating in the Event is entirely at the attendees’ own risk.
All ages are permitted but children aged 16 or under must be supervised by parents/guardians at all times. Parents and/or guardians remain fully responsible for the welfare and safety of their children at the Event.
Participants must not:
- Bring any weapons, glass bottles, flammable liquids or any other item that may be considered dangerous into the Event and the Centre.
- Smoke any cigarettes, vapes or other similar electronic smoking devices during, in or around the Event areas.
The Event Organisers reserve the right to:
- Refuse admission to the Event and to ask you to leave the Event at any time in its absolute discretion.
- Change the advertised dates, opening hours and schedule of the Event without notice or liability, where it is necessary to do so for reasons beyond its reasonable control.
- In its absolute discretion, whether for safety reasons or otherwise, to close the Event at any time. Westfield will, where possible, give prior notice of such closure.
Limitation of Liability
The Event Organisers are not responsible for the loss or damage of or to any property or personal belongings at the Event.
While the Event Organisers make every effort to monitor performance of the services which are fulfilled by third party suppliers (“Suppliers”), any liability incurred by you which is caused by the acts or omissions of the Suppliers is the responsibility of the Suppliers and not the responsibility of the Event Organisers.
Other than for liability which cannot be excluded under applicable laws, neither the Centre Owner nor Westfield shall be liable for the death of, or personal injury of participants which arise from or is caused by events outside the Centre Owner’s or Westfield’s reasonable control, including the acts or omissions of the Suppliers.
The Event Organisers shall not be liable for loss or damage of any kind whether direct or in-direct, including but not limited to travel expenses, car parking fees or any other out of pocket expenses.
Personal Data
By signing up to become a Westfield Club member, you may send personal data to Westfield who will use this personal data in accordance with applicable data protection laws and our privacy notice (https://uk.westfield.com/privacy). This privacy notice explains how Westfield processes your personal data, your rights in relation to that personal data, and how you can contact us. General
If any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid or unenforceable, such provision shall be struck out and the remaining provisions shall remain in force.
Except for any company in the Westfield group of companies (i.e. the URW Group), and Westfield, which may benefit from these Terms, no person who is not a party to these Terms shall have any right to enforce any term under the Contracts (Rights of Third Parties) Act 1999.
Enforcement of these Terms is solely at our discretion, and just because we may not enforce them in some circumstances, does not mean that we have lost the right to enforce the terms in future.
These Terms shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of England and Wales and any disputes will be decided only by the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.
