Piano Terms & Conditions
PIANO PLAYING TERMS AND CONDITIONS
Pianists must be authorised and have an existing booking to play the piano
Bookings are allocated in 1 hour time slots
Late arrival of the booking slot may result in cancellation
A form of photo ID must be provided to obtain the piano keys. ID will be held and returned upon return of the piano keys
Personal electronic equipment is strictly prohibited. This includes speakers, sound quality/amplification equipment and microphones
Filming within the Centre is strictly prohibited, unless prior authorisation has been granted in writing by Westfield Security
Accompanying musical instruments are strictly prohibited
Singing and/or vocal accompaniments are strictly prohibited
Voluntary or bucket collections/donations are strictly prohibited
The display or distribution of promotional material is strictly prohibited
The person named under the piano booking is responsible for all costs, losses, and liabilities incurred as a result of any damage to the piano and/or themselves and/or other piano related property whilst the piano is in their possession
The person named under the piano booking is responsible for all damages, losses, costs, or expenses suffered by Unibail-Rodamco-Westfield as a result of any breach of these terms and conditions. This does not limit or affect Unibail-Rodamco-Westfield responsibility to you for death or personal injury caused by its negligence or the negligence of its officers or employees
The management of Westfield Stratford City retains the right, at any time, to refuse or cancel the piano playing at its sole discretion
Any unattended property is left at the pianist’s risk and Westfield Stratford City assumes no liability for any theft, loss or damage to unattended property
All personal data submitted to Westfield will at all times be processed in accordance with the UK Data Protection Act 2018 and our Privacy Policy https://westfield.com/privacy-policy
Westfield reserves the right to change these terms and conditions from time to time and without notice
These terms and conditions shall be governed and interpreted in accordance with the laws of England and any disputes will be decided only by the English courts
