TICKETING TERMS & CONDITIONS
Meanings and introduction
Please read these terms and conditions (the “TicketingTerms”) carefully as they affect your rights and liabilities.
Westfield Europe Limited (“Westfield”, “we”, “us” or “our”) allocate and issue tickets (“Ticket(s)”) for the sessions and workshops (the "Sessions") at Westfield’s Future You 25 event (the “Event”) at Westfield Stratford City shopping centre (the “Centre”). Tickets are issued on these terms and the Westfield Future You 25 Event Terms and Conditions (the Event Terms and Conditions and these Ticketing Terms, together the “Terms”). By booking or being issued with Tickets all recipients of Tickets (“you”) are deemed to have accepted and agree to adhere to the Terms. Westfield reserves the rights to amend these Terms from time to time.
The Terms are additional to and not a substitute for the general terms and conditions of use of our website which can be found at https://uk.westfield.com/terms-and-conditions.
Booking
Tickets must be booked or obtained directly from us via our ticketing provider's website. We reserve the right to refuse to distribute Ticket(s) to individuals, companies or agencies who we suspect have breached, or intend to breach, the Terms.
By booking a Ticket you acknowledge and accept these Terms, the image and data release form and any other documentation that forms part of the Ticket booking process.
When you book Tickets online and confirm your order by pressing the ‘Confirm order’ button, you are making an offer to us to book the Ticket(s) on the Terms and as set out in your order. You will receive a confirmation of successful booking via email and/or sms, normally within 24 hours.
You are responsible for making sure the information in your order is correct before confirming the order for the Ticket(s) including contact details and any medical information required of the attendee. When you have confirmed your order, no details of your booking can be changed and Tickets will only be valid for the Session that you have booked.
Westfield does not guarantee the availability of Tickets for any Session.
CHildren
A Ticket must be booked by a parent or guardian for and on behalf of any individual aged 18 and under (a "Child") wishing to attend a Session. A Child is not permitted to book a Ticket themselves.
Delivery and REDEEMING YOUR TICKET
Upon booking your Ticket and receiving the order confirmation, your Tickets will be emailed or text to you via our ticketing provider. Tickets cannot be collected or printed at the Centre.
On the day of your visit to the Event you should check that the Centre and the Event are open and check the Session start time.
Replacement Tickets
Westfield is not responsible for any lost, stolen or damaged Tickets. Any replacement of lost, damaged or stolen Tickets is at our discretion and we may charge an administration charge for the replacement.

Possession of a Ticket does not confer any rights (by implication or otherwise) on you to use, alter, copy or otherwise deal with any of the trade marks, logos and/or intellectual property appearing on the Ticket.
Save that any company in the Westfield group of companies, as well as the Centre owner, may benefit from these Terms, no person who is not a party to these Terms shall have any right to enforce any term under the Contracts (Rights of Third Parties) Act 1999.
Nothing in these Terms affects any of your statutory rights which may not be legally excluded.
Enforcement of these Terms is solely at our discretion, and just because we may not enforce them in some circumstances does not mean that we have lost the right to enforce in future.
These Terms shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of England and Wales and any disputes will be decided only by the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.
HOW WE USE YOUR PERSONAL DATA
By booking a Ticket via our ticketing provider and/or attending a Session, you are providing your personal information to Westfield who will process this personal data in accordance with data protection laws and our privacy notice (https://uk.westfield.com/privacy). This notice explains how Westfield processes your personal data, your rights, and how you can contact us. Westfield’s data protection team can be contacted at DPO@urw.com.
Where you have consented to receive marketing materials from our ticketing provider ("Eventbrite"), you understand that the personal data you consent to share with Eventbrite will be treated in accordance with Eventbrite’s privacy notice and that it is Eventbrite who is responsible for ensuring that this personal data is treated in accordance with data protection laws. Should you have any queries or complaints in relation to Eventbrite’s treatment of your personal data, you should refer that complaint directly to Eventbrite.
