TERMS OF ENTRY AND USE
1 MEANINGS AND INTRODUCTION PLEASE READ THESE TERMS OF USE CAREFULLY AS THEY AFFECT YOUR RIGHTS AND LIABILITIES UNDER THE LAW AND SET OUT THE TERMS UNDER WHICH THE WALT DISNEY COMPANY LIMITED (“DISNEY”) AND WESTFIELD EUROPE LIMITED (“WESTFIELD”) MAKE THE “TOY STORY 5: BONNIE’S PLAYTIME” (THE “EVENT”) AVAILABLE FOR USE. BY ATTENDING THE EVENT YOU ARE DEEMED TO HAVE ACCEPTED AND AGREE TO ADHERE TO THESE TERMS OF USE.
Please note, subject to these Terms, use of or participation in any of the activities at the Event are undertaken entirely at your own risk.
The Event is aimed at families, with activities aimed at children aged 4 years and older. All children under the age of 18 must be accompanied and supervised by a parent or guardian at all times whilst attending the Event.
The Event activities (“Activities”) are free of charge to all attendees but booking is required for the TOY STORY 5: BONNIE’S PLAYTIME. Blaze’s Ranch is a walk-up arts and crafts activity and does not require advance booking. Participation is available on a first-come, first-served basis and is subject to capacity. Queues may be closed temporarily or for the remainder of the event once capacity has been reached..
TICKETS AND ADMISSION
Tickets
1. Subject to the Admission terms further below, entry will only be permitted with a valid ticket for the correct date and time.
2. A valid Ticket must be produced for each Session.
3. A valid Ticket must be produced for each participant wishing to take part in the Sessions.
4. Walk-ins may be accepted on each Event day. However, these will be subject to availability and on a first-come, first served basis.
5. Entry may be refused if you arrive late for a timed session.
6. A valid Ticket must be booked by a parent or guardian for and on behalf of any individual aged 18 and under (a "Child") wishing to attend the Sessions. A Child is not permitted to book a Ticket themselves.
7. All Tickets are issued subject to availability and these Terms.
8. A Ticket(s) obtained in breach of the Terms, or which in our reasonable opinion is being used or is intended to be used in breach of the Terms, shall be void. This may include you being refused entry to the Sessions or your Ticket(s) being cancelled without notification.

10. This is a timed event with guests having 30 minutes to explore the experience. It may not be possible to interact with every activity within the event during this time.
Admission
11. A child (anyone aged under 18) may be unaccompanied at the Sessions provided prior written consent has been given by a parent or guardian.
12. Once the Session finishes, you must leave that Session to allow others time to enter.
13. All participants (the “Participants”) must adhere to the general rules of use as displayed at the Event and any specific rules of use at the Sessions you participate in.
14. All Participants must wear appropriate footwear and clothing for the Sessions.
15. All Participants are responsible and must bring any medication they require, including but not limited to asthma pumps, to the Sessions.
16. Disney and/or Westfield reserve the right to refuse admission to the Event and/or any Session including for health and safety, or licensing reasons or where consent has been obtained, and, in Westfield’s view, that consent may be invalid for any reason.
17. Disney and/or Westfield reserve the right to request Participants to leave the Event or Westfield shopping centre (the "Centre") at any time and may take appropriate action to enforce this right. Westfield may refuse access to or may remove a Participant from the Event or the Centre who:
a) has behaved in a manner which is likely to affect the safety or enjoyment of other visitors;
b) has used threatening, abusive or insulting words or behaviour or behaves in a manner which may provoke a breach of the peace, or deliberately damages or threatens to damage any part of the Event, Activities or exhibits, or any part of the property at the Westfield shopping centre; or
c) in the reasonable opinion of Disney and/or Westfield is acting under the influence of alcohol or drugs.
17. All attendees must adhere to the general rules of use as displayed at the Event.
Health and Safety
18. Disney and/or Westfield may carry out security searches from time to time to ensure the safety of all visitors and you agree to allow yourself and/or your belongings to be searched prior to admittance to the Event in order to prevent offensive or dangerous weapons from being taken to the Event and/or the Westfield shopping centre.
19. The following items will be prohibited from the Event:
weapons, bladed/sharp articles, ammunition, explosives, horns, whistles, drums, fireworks, flags, flagpoles, inflatables, large umbrellas, glass bottles, flammable liquids in any container, laser pens, illegal drugs, alcoholic beverages, animals (subject to paragraph 23 below), confetti, glitter bombs, balloons, wheeled footwear, helmets, full face masks, or any other item which in our reasonable opinion, may cause danger or disruption (regardless of whether or not such item is illegal or is carried for specific purposes).
20. No food or drink is permitted into the Event or Activities unless they are given away as part of the activation.
21. You will comply with all relevant safety announcements and regulations while attending the Event.
22. No smoking is permitted at the Event or in the Event area including electronic cigarettes/vaping.
23. You are not permitted to bring animals to the Event area with the exception of guide, assistance and hearing dogs.

Terms relating to the activities
TOY STORY 5: BONNIE’S PLAYTIME
25. The Dance Hall activity in the TOY STORY 5: BONNIE’S PLAYTIME, featuring flashing lights. These may affect guests who are susceptible to photosensitive epilepsy or other light sensitive conditions. Guests’ discretion is advised. For accessibility, the Dance Hall utilises a hand control for the dance machine.
26. The experience has been designed for children aged 4 years and over, and some activities are recommended for this age group only. Younger children are welcome to attend with their family; however, certain activities may require parental assistance or may not be suitable for younger participants.

Age guidance is to help guests plan their visit and enjoy the experience safely. All children under the age of 18 must be always accompanied and supervised by a parent or guardian whilst attending the event.
TOY STORY 5: BONNIE’S PLAYTIME uses subtle sound and lighting effects. There will be sensory sessions available for individuals and fans with sensory processing disorders, cognitive conditions such as ADHD and autism, and a range of disabilities, a safe and inclusive way to enjoy this event. Sessions will be 30 minutes each, and please note age restrictions still apply.

OPENING HOURS AND AVAILABILITY
27. Disney and/or Westfield reserve the right, in their absolute discretion, whether for safety reasons or otherwise, to close the Event. Disney and/or Westfield will, where possible, give prior notice of such closure.
28. The opening hours of each Activity may vary depending on availability, where relevant, queue lines may close early in order to ensure entry before the Event closes.
LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
29. Except where excluded by applicable law, neither Westfield nor Disney shall be liable for the death or personal injury of you, a visitor or third party while attending the Event. Neither Disney nor Westfield shall have any liability for damage to property, consequential loss or expenses suffered, which includes but is not limited to loss of anticipated earnings, profits, goodwill, reputation, business receipts or contracts, losses or expenses, resulting in third party claims. You waive all rights of whatsoever nature against Disney and Westfield and the shopping centre owner and each of their employees, servants, agents, independent contractors or representatives in respect of injury, death, loss or damage arising from your attendance at the Event.
30. Nothing in these terms and conditions affects your statutory rights.
31. Neither Westfield nor Disney shall be liable for loss or damage of any kind whether direct or consequential, including but not limited to delivery charges, custom or duty tax, travel expenses and car parking fees and/or any other out of pocket expenses.
32. Neither Westfield nor Disney accept responsibility for (i) network, computer, hardware or software failures of any kind which may restrict or delay the download or completion of items, or (ii) any act or default of any third-party supplier which is outside of Westfield’s or Disney’s reasonable control.
33. Nothing in the Terms shall exclude or restrict Disney’s or Westfield’s or the shopping centre owner’s liability for death or personal injury caused by its negligence or the negligence of its officers or employees or for any fraudulent misrepresentation.
GENERAL
34. We reserve the right to refuse admission to the Event in reasonable circumstances including for health and safety reasons, licensing reasons or inappropriate behaviour We reserve the right to request that you leave the Event and/or the Westfield shopping centre at any time in our absolute discretion.
35. Except for any company in the Disney and/or Westfield group of companies, as well as the Westfield shopping centre owners, all of which may benefit from these Terms, no person who is not a party to these Terms shall have any right to enforce any term under the Contracts (Rights of Third Parties) Act 1999.
36. Enforcement of these Terms is solely at our discretion, and just because we may not enforce them in some circumstances does not mean that we have lost the right to enforce in future.
37. These Terms shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of England and Wales and any disputes will be decided only by the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.
