Introducing the Express Drip IV
One of the biggest differences at Westfield, compared with our other clinics, is spontaneity. We decided early on to encourage walk-in appointments, and it changed the rhythm of the space. Some people plan visits, but many simply pass by, step in, and start a conversation about their health. That accessibility has made care feel more natural and less formal.
We also realised that for many visitors, this clinic would be their first experience with IV drip therapy. To make that first step easier, we introduced the Express Drip, a faster, simpler, lower-cost option. Over the past year, it has become a gentle entry point for people who are curious but unsure, and a practical choice for those short on time.
