GENERAL COMPETITION TERMS AND CONDITIONS

1. By accepting these general competition terms and conditions, you agree that the information you provide about yourself in connection with submitting an entry will be processed in order to administer the competition. 2. By accepting these general competition terms and conditions, you agree that we process your personal data in order to provide you with a better and more tailored product and customer experience. The personal data we process in this context is your first and last name, email address and information about the areas of interest you have indicated.

3. The person responsible for the competition is Rodamco Nacka Forum KB (916403-9720), Box 7846, 103 98
Stockholm.

4. To participate in the competition, you must be a resident and registered citizen of Sweden, be 18 years of age or older, and accept the rules of the competition.

5. Any tax on winnings will be paid by the winner.

6. You can only compete once and no person can win more than one prize.

7. The competition is not open to employees of Unibail-Rodamco-Westfield (URW) or any of its subsidiaries or suppliers. URW reserves the right not to award any prize (and to select an alternative winner) if URW becomes aware of or reasonably believes that a winner is not qualified to participate in the competition.

8. URW is not responsible for the consequences of lost, damaged, mis-sent or late delivery of entries to URW. URW also does not take responsibility for
any technical difficulties or problems that may affect either
the registration/submission or the final result of this competition. This applies with the exception of
obligations in case of personal data incidents according to the Data Protection Regulation.

9. In the event of a dispute over the rules, conduct, results and all other matters in
relation to the competition, URW's decision will be final and no correspondence
or discussion will be initiated. This applies with the exception of legal issues
regarding the processing of your personal data or if you wish to withdraw your consent,

10. In the event of suspicion of cheating in any respect, URW has the right to disqualify entries. This, as well as other decisions of the competition jury, cannot be appealed.

11. The winner will be selected by a jury consisting of representatives from Nacka Forum's
central management who will select the best entry. The jury's decision cannot be appealed and
the jury does not need to justify its decision.

12. By participating in the competition, you guarantee that you meet the competition conditions. URW
reserves the right to disqualify entries that do not meet the above competition conditions.

13. Personal data provided in connection with the competition is saved in order to provide the customer with a better product and customer experience.

Competition terms - guess the number of teddy bears in the moped

In addition to the general competition terms, the following apply:

14. To participate in the competition, you must live and be registered in Sweden, be 18 years old and over, and if you are under 18, you must have your guardian's permission to participate and accept the rules of the competition.

15. To participate in the competition, you must guess the number of teddy bears in the moped. A winner will then be selected by a jury appointed by Nacka Forum who is closest to their guess.

16. The competition is time-limited until June 14, 2025.
The last day to compete is until 11:59 p.m. on June 14, 2025.

17. The prize consists of one person winning a gift card to Nacka Forum worth SEK 1,000. The winner must be able to collect their prize from Nacka Forum's reception on floor 1 no later than July 1, 2025. The gift card has a validity period of 1 year and it is not possible to exchange the prize for cash, change the date or extend the validity period of the gift card. 18. The winner will be contacted via email or text message no later than 12:00 on June 17, 2025. Nacka Forum will try to reach the winner once. If the winner has not responded or responded within 24 hours, Nacka Forum reserves the right to select a new winner in the competition.

19. You can only compete once during the competition period.

20. The competition is not a collaboration with Instagram or Facebook.
