Can you believe Westfield Mall of Scandinavia is turning 10? Over the past decade, we’ve shared so many moments with you: shopping sprees, dinners, movie nights, breaks, and little everyday luxuries. Thanks to you, we’ve grown, evolved, and become the place we are today. And you know what we love the most? That you like us so much that most of you have even given us our own nickname: MOS. We wanted to celebrate that—properly. So, we asked baking creator Camilla Hamid to interpret our MOS in her own way. The result? A dessert as sweet as our ten years together: MOS MOUSSE. A smooth and fluffy mousse inspired by our nickname and all the moments we’ve shared with you.
