Collection service

At Click & services on floor 0 you can choose to pick up packages from Postnord when you shop at some of the largest e-commerce companies. We only handle regular packages/letters in click&services and unfortunately cannot accept "Registered" or "Easy Shipping".

Our package service step by step:

Place your Order Place your order and choose us as your delivery agent (Mall of Scand. Click & Service, Råsta Strandväg 13, 16979 SOLNA), can also be found under service points.

We notify When packages arrive at our location, you will receive a notification about it, either via text message, letter or email. This depends on the option you choose when placing your order.

Pick up from us Your package is then here for you to pick up (don't forget to bring valid identification). We are open 10 am-9 pm every day and are happy to help you.
