Electric vehicle charging

At Westfield Wroclavia, you can charge your electric vehicle while enjoying shopping, a movie, or a delicious coffee. Our centre has 8 charging stations (with up to 22kW of power per charging point), featuring various power configurations for different vehicle types, allowing up to 16 cars to charge at the same time.

How to use the chargers:

1. Connect the correct cable to your car.

2. To start charging, find the charger on the map in the app, scan the QR code located above the connector, or tap your RFID card against the reader.

3. To stop charging, click 'Stop' in the app or tap your RFID card against the reader again.

How much driving range can you add during an hour of shopping?

Two cars can be connected to each 22 kW station at the same time. The session duration depends on the battery's state of charge and the onboard charger installed in the electric vehicle. For example, a car with a 6.6 kW onboard charger will charge more than 6 kWh of its capacity in one hour. If you know your vehicle's specifications, you can calculate its charging time using the formula below:

Charging time = battery capacity / charging power

For instance, two of the most popular electric cars in Europe, the Renault Zoe and the Tesla Model 3, can be charged to add around 150 km of range during an hour of shopping.
