About the news

Your opinion is very important to us. It helps us understand what we are doing well and where we can improve. We aim to constantly refine our shopping centre’s offer to better meet your needs, which is why we invite you to take part in a short survey.

The survey provides space for your suggestions, positive feedback, questions, or reporting any issues. We use the NPS (Net Promoter Score) method to measure satisfaction. In this system, responses are divided into three groups: scores from 0 to 6 are from 'Detractors', 7-8 are from 'Passives', and 9-10 are reserved for 'Promoters' – customers who are highly satisfied with our brand and services.
