Comfort Parking
For your convenience, we have introduced an even more comfortable parking option at Westfield Arkadia. It is an ideal solution for: families with children, people with limited mobility, anyone who values stress-free parking.

From 8 April, the car park will operate under the following rules:
2 hours of free parking for everyone – this can be used multiple times during the day, provided that at least 2 hours pass between leaving and re-entering the car park.
Additional 1 free hour – available to Westfield Club members and customers of Carrefour or Leroy Merlin.
PLN 6 for each additional hour – after exceeding the free period of 2 hours (or 3 hours when using the extra free hour).
The main purpose of introducing parking fees is to increase parking availability and improve convenience for visitors to Westfield Arkadia. The new rules introduce necessary turnover of parking spaces, making it easier to find an available space before shopping. For customer convenience, the first 2 hours remain free of charge.
After exceeding the free parking period of 2 hours, the fee is PLN 6 for each started hour, both on weekdays and weekends. An additional free hour of parking is available to Westfield Club members, Leroy Merlin loyalty card holders (including the digital version in the app), or customers with a receipt from the Carrefour hypermarket located in Westfield Arkadia (including an electronic receipt available in the Mój Carrefour app) with a barcode confirming purchases made on the same day the customer uses the car park. Leroy Merlin and Carrefour customers must validate their parking at the parking payment machines.
Example: If your stay lasts 2 hours and 15 minutes and you are not a Westfield Club member, Leroy Merlin loyalty card holder, or Carrefour customer, the fee will be PLN 6 for the third hour started.
After payment, the customer has 15 minutes to leave the car park.
You can check your entry time and parking duration by entering your vehicle registration number at the parking payment machine.
Parking payment machines are located at the entrances to the car park on levels -1 and -2. Depending on the machine, parking fees can be paid by card or in cash.
It is also possible to pay at the payment machines located at the exit barriers, where card payments only are accepted.
To ensure a smooth exit from the car park, we recommend that all customers use the payment machines located at the entrances to the car park.
The new parking system operates without tickets (ticketless), which means that cameras automatically recognise the vehicle registration number when entering and exiting the car park (LPR), without the need to take a parking ticket. If the 2-hour limit is exceeded (3 hours for Westfield Club members, Leroy Merlin loyalty card holders – including the digital version in the app – or customers with a receipt from the Carrefour hypermarket located in Westfield Arkadia, including an electronic receipt in the Mój Carrefour app with a barcode confirming purchases made on the same day the customer uses the car park), payment can be made at the parking payment machines located at each entrance from the car park to the centre on levels -1 and -2, or at the exit barrier. If a customer is unsure how long they have been parked, they can check their parking time at any parking payment machine.
Yes. Parking fees are the same regardless of the day of the week or time of day.
