For our showroom in Warsaw, we are looking for a person who will enthusiastically support customers in choosing unique jewelry and build long-term relationships with them.

Salary: 4806 – 8000 PLN gross
Your responsibilities
professional customer service in the showroom
advising clients on jewelry selection (including engagement rings, wedding bands, and occasion jewelry)
building relationships with customers and ensuring a positive shopping experience
achieving sales targets
maintaining the showroom’s aesthetics and product displays
contacting customers also by phone and email
What we expect
experience in sales or customer service
strong interpersonal and communication skills
high level of personal culture and professionalism
goal-oriented approach to sales targets
good work organization and sense of responsibility
ability to work in a team
basic computer skills
Experience in selling premium products will be an advantage.
