We are looking for a self-motivated person who is ready to run the store in the absence of the Store Manager and is open to supporting Rituals locations across Warsaw. Flexibility, willingness to work across different Warsaw locations, and confidence in independently managing a store and team are important to us.

What will be your responsibilities?

• Ensuring the highest level of customer service through our

  “Water Island”

  , effective teamwork, and operational excellence every day.

• Training and developing the team, helping colleagues reach their full potential by sharing knowledge and inspiring them to take action.

• Supporting the Store Manager in building a culture of trust based on positive and constructive feedback.

• Actively participating in the recruitment, hiring, and development of a talented team.

• Being ready to step in for the Store Manager and take full responsibility for independently running the store when needed.

• Being open to supporting other Rituals locations in Warsaw – both as an Assistant Store Manager and by independently running a store during the Store Manager’s absence.

• Being willing to work across different Rituals locations in Warsaw according to business needs.

• You have experience as an Assistant Store Manager in retail or in a similar position where your responsibilities included team management.

• You have proven people-management skills, such as communication, motivation, coaching, relationship-building, and inspiring others.

• You understand the importance of delivering excellent customer service and want to act as a mentor by sharing your knowledge and leading by example.

• You are self-motivated and well-organised, with strong decision-making and problem-solving skills.

• You feel comfortable independently running a store and are open to supporting other Rituals locations in Warsaw according to business needs.
