Orange’s company-owned Smart Store is looking for a Sales Consultant (m/f) to join its team at Westfield Arkadia in Warsaw.

Your Responsibilities

  • Actively selling Orange products and services

  • Achieving individual and team sales targets

  • Providing professional customer service in line with Orange standards

  • Building long-term customer relationships — because people matter

  • Maintaining an attractive product display in the store

  • Supporting administrative tasks

What We’re Looking For

  • Experience in face-to-face or telephone sales

  • Strong listening and advisory skills, with the ability to build positive relationships

  • A proactive approach to resolving customer service issues and handling enquiries about Orange services

  • Willingness to work towards sales targets under a performance-based commission scheme

  • Confidence in using applications and Microsoft Office

  • Ability to quickly learn the product knowledge needed to advise customers

  • A team-oriented attitude
