Terms & Conditions: The Big Win – Westfield Days


1. Organizer

This giveaway is organized by Westfield Mall of the Netherlands, located in Leidschendam-Voorburg.

2. Eligibility

  • Participants must be at least 18 years old.

  • Participants must reside in the Netherlands.

  • Participation is only open to registered Westfield Club Members.

  • Employees of Unibail-Rodamco-Westfield (URW), participating retailers, and their immediate family members are excluded from participation.

  • Participation is free and does not require a purchase.

3. How to participate

  • The giveaway takes place during Westfield Days from 17 to 19 October 2025.

  • Visitors who are Westfield Club Members can participate by entering the win(d)turbine located in Westfield Mall of the Netherlands.

  • Inside the turbine, balls are flying around. The participant may catch one ball and step out.

  • The prize is printed on the ball.

  • The participant hands in the ball at the registration desk, where they will receive a voucher to collect their prize at the corresponding store.

  • Vouchers (and thus prizes) are only valid during the event weekend: 17–19 October 2025, except for:
    1. The TUI trip to New York
    2. €1,000 Shopping Money

A variety of prizes are available, provided by participating retailers.

  • 5. Exceptions and additional conditions
    €1,000 Shopping Money

  • The prize consists of gift cards worth a total of €1,000, redeemable at participating retailers in Westfield Mall of the Netherlands.

  • Gift cards must be collected in person at the mall by the winner.

  • The €1,000 is divided as follows:

  • Fashion: up to €500

  • Beauty: up to €250

  • Food: up to €150

  • Entertainment: up to €100

  • The maximum value per retailer gift card is €200.

  • Validity and other conditions of the gift cards depend on the individual retailer.

  • Trip to New York (TUI)

  • The prize includes a 5-day trip for 2 people to New York, including flights and hotel stay.

  • The trip will be arranged in coordination with TUI Leidschendam and is subject to their booking terms and conditions.

6. Winner announcement

  • Most prizes will be distributed immediately at the event via voucher.

  • Winners of the TUI trip and the €1,000 Shopping Money must leave their contact details at the registration desk.

  • Westfield Mall of the Netherlands will contact them after Westfield Days to arrange the prize delivery.

7. Privacy

  • Participants agree to the processing of their personal data by Westfield Mall of the Netherlands for the purpose of administering this giveaway.

  • Personal data will not be shared with third parties except when necessary for prize fulfillment (e.g. contact with TUI or participating retailers).

8. Liability

  • Westfield Mall of the Netherlands is not liable for any loss, damage, or injury resulting from participation in the giveaway or acceptance of the prize.

  • Westfield Mall of the Netherlands is not responsible for the validity, availability, or specific conditions of prizes provided by participating retailers.

9. General terms

  • By participating, entrants agree to these Terms & Conditions.

  • Westfield Mall of the Netherlands reserves the right to amend or cancel the giveaway in the event of unforeseen circumstances.

  • No correspondence will be entered into regarding the results.
