Terms & Conditions: Westfield Mall of the Netherlands 5 Years
1. General
This campaign is organized by Westfield Mall of the Netherlands (hereinafter: "the Organizer").
The campaign will take place from March 18th until March 22nd, 2026 (the "Campaign Period").
By participating, the participant agrees to these terms and conditions.
2. Participation
Participation is open to all visitors of the Mall. No membership is required.
To participate, visitors must fill out a "cupcake wish card" and hang it on the W-structure.
Each person may submit a maximum of one wish.
It is permitted to submit a wish on behalf of someone else. In this case, the participant must provide their own contact details for the initial coordination.
For minors, consent from a parent or legal guardian is required for participation and any potential video recordings.
3. Selection and Prize
A jury (consisting of the marketing department and the producer) will select the most original, relevant, and feasible wishes from all entries. Criteria include creativity, emotional value, and budget.
A total of 10 wishes will be selected.
Winners will be contacted by phone during the week of March 23rd to March 27th, 2026. If a winner cannot be reached, the jury reserves the right to select an alternative wish.
The prize consists of the fulfillment of the wish within the Mall. The prize is personal, non-transferable, and cannot be exchanged for cash.
4. Execution & Recordings
The selected wishes will be carried out and filmed on Tuesday, March 31st and Wednesday, April 1st, 2026. The mentioned dates for the execution and recordings are subject to change due to production scheduling, weather conditions, or unforeseen circumstances.
Winners must be available on these dates for the execution and the corresponding video recordings. In the event of unavailability (including force majeure such as illness), the Organizer reserves the right to select another winner.
A condition for participation is cooperation in a video item (approx. 1.5 minutes) per wish. These videos will be published monthly (on the 5th of each month) starting from April 2026 on the Organizer’s online channels.
Prior to filming, winners will be required to sign a waiver and a consent form (quitclaim) for the use of the footage.
5. Privacy
The personal data provided on the card will be used exclusively for the selection process and for contacting the winners.
Once the selection process is complete, all cards from non-selected participants will be securely destroyed immediately. No further data storage in a database will take place.
6. Liability & Reservations
The Organizer is not liable for any damage or injury resulting from participation or the fulfillment of the wish.
The wish must be safe and physically feasible within the Mall. The Organizer reserves the right to refuse wishes that jeopardize safety or public order.
The jury's decision is final, and no correspondence will be entered into regarding the results.
Note: By submitting your wish, you agree to our terms and conditions. We will call the winners between March 23rd and 27th. Are you available on March 31st or April 1st? Then we might just film your wish!
