For our new boutique in Westfield Mall of the Netherlands, Leidschendam, we are looking for a Care Advisor who will strengthen our team with the right DNA.

Responsibilities

As a Care Advisor, you help our social enterprise and yourself grow. There is an important commercial role reserved for you in our boutique. You welcome the customer, talk about our mission, and advise customers on our products, with the experience at the heart of everything.

You ensure that the boutique always looks well-maintained and inviting, and contribute to a premium shopping experience. In this dynamic retail environment, you know how to inspire and advise customers and leave a lasting impression. Required skills

• Customer-oriented and service-oriented, and able to create a strong customer experience
• Commercially minded and able to see opportunities in every customer interaction

• At least 1 year of experience in retail, hospitality, or the service sector
• Experience in premium/luxury retail is a plus
• Basic knowledge of POS systems and sales processes
• Good command of Dutch and English
