Priority Parking Service

No new bookings possible for the time being

Due to system maintenance, no new parking spaces can be booked via the Priority Parking Service between 1 July and 15 September 2026 inclusive.

Existing bookings are not affected: if you made your booking before 1 July 2026 for a visit between 1 July and 15 September 2026, it remains valid and can be used as planned.

The booking service is expected to be available again from 16 September 2026.

How does the reservation of a parking space work?

• Westfield Club members can use the link above to reserve a parking space from home for a reservation fee of €3.
• When booking, the licence plate number is entered and the car park is automatically registered. A QR code is also sent in every confirmation email, which can be scanned in if there are problems accessing the car park.
• A reservation includes 4 hours of free parking. After that you pay €2 per hour or part thereof. These additional costs must be paid at the pay machines on site after entering the licence plate number by card payment (no cash payment).
• Exit is again by automatic number plate recognition. There will be no tickets.
