Competition rules Westfield Ahoi Challenge
In addition to our general terms and conditions for competitions, which you can read HERE, the following terms and conditions apply to the Westfield Ahoy Challenge.
ARTICLE 1: ORGANISING COMPANY (Quarter)
The company Unibail Management S.A.S., 7 place du Chancelier Adenauer, 75016 Paris, France, registered with the Paris Trade and Companies Register under number 414878389 and mfi Immobilien Marketing GmbH (hereinafter referred to as ‘the Organiser’), are organising a free competition with no obligation to purchase entitled ‘Westfield Ahoi Challenge’ (hereinafter also referred to as the ‘Game’). This competition is intended for members of the Westfield Club and will take place at Westfield Hamburg-Überseequartier (hereinafter referred to as the ‘Quarter’) on the dates specified in the application for the Quarter (hereinafter referred to as the ‘App’).
ARTICLE 2: COURSE OF THE GAME
During the opening week of the Westfield Hamburg-Überseequartier from 8 April at 4 pm - 13 April 2025 at 10 pm, the game consists of scanning five different QR codes placed as stickers in the Westfield Hamburg-Überseequartier and answering the puzzles they contain.
After each correct answer, a so-called ‘emblem’ in the shape of a ship is collected. All users who answer all five riddles correctly and thus collect five emblems have the chance to win the following prizes:
1) 60 x voucher cards worth €100
During the opening week, up to 60 voucher cards worth €100 will be drawn at random.
Up to 10 winners will be chosen each day and contacted by e-mail.
2) 300 x 2 Rita Ora tickets for the exclusive Westfield Hamburg-Überseequartier concert on 21 June 2025
After the opening week, 300 x 2 tickets will be drawn at random and the winners will be contacted by email on 14 April 2025.
ARTICLE 3: CONDITIONS FOR PARTICIPATION
The Game is open to any natural person in Germany who is a member of the Westfield Club (hereinafter the ‘Participant’).
You must:
Be a member of the Westfield Club
Be at least 18 years old
Have a smartphone that is AR-capable
The following persons are not allowed to participate in this competition:
Officers and employees of the Organiser or any other Unibail-Rodamco-Westfield Group company;
Persons involved in the organisation of the Game;
executives and employees of shopping centres;and
family members and spouses of the above-mentioned persons (same surname, same postal address);employees of retailers working in shopping centres.
Participation in this game is free of charge and there is no obligation to purchase.
Participation is strictly nominative, i.e. by name, so that the participant may not play under several pseudonyms or in the name of other participants. The organiser reserves the right to ask any participant to provide proof of these conditions. Any person who fails or refuses to fulfil these conditions will be disqualified from the game and will not be eligible for the prize if they win.
It is assumed that a participant is a unique natural person: The use of different addresses for one and the same participant will be considered an attempt to defraud, which may result in the immediate exclusion of the participant and the cancellation of prizes.
ARTICLE 4: DETAILS OF THE GAME
The game is accessible to participants by scanning the five QR codes placed as stickers in the neighbourhood.
To participate, the participant must do the following:
The participant scans one of the QR codes placed as stickers in the neighbourhood and can find out about the participation mechanics there, which are as follows:
The participant must scan all the QR codes placed as stickers in the neighbourhood one after the other with the camera of their smartphone. There are a total of five (5) QR codes in the neighbourhood.
After scanning the first QR code, the participant must log in or re-register with their Westfield Club login details in order to take part in the Westfield Ahoy Challenge. A Westfield Club account is therefore required to take part in the competition.
The customer must then watch the AR animation in order to answer the riddle question.
After solving all five puzzles of the five (5) QR codes in total, the customer has the chance to win one of the two prizes.
To make it easier for the participant to take part in the Westfield Ahoy Challenge, the following assistance is provided:

When all the puzzles have been solved, a pop-up at the end of the game will inform the winner and indicate that all further information will be sent by email. Up to 10 winners per day will be chosen and informed directly by email on the same day between 8 April and 13 April 2025.
300 x 2 Rita Ora tickets for the exclusive Westfield Hamburg-Überseequartier concert on 21 June 2025
Once all puzzles have been solved, the participant will be in the lottery pot. Among all participants who have solved all puzzles in the Westfield Ahoi Challenge within 08.04. at 16.00 - 13.04.2025 at 22.00, the prize will be drawn on 14.04.2025 and the winners will be notified by e-mail on 14.04.2025. The winner will be drawn in camera by mfi Immobilien Marketing GmbH.
Participation in the game implies full acceptance of these rules (hereinafter ‘Rules’) in their entirety and compliance with German legislation (in particular laws relating to information technology, freedoms, respect for morality, literary and artistic property).
Participation in this game requires a loyal, responsible and dignified attitude, including respect for the rules of these Terms and Conditions and the rights of other participants.
The participant will not take part in this game if his/her intended participation does not comply with the principles of these rules.
ARTICLE 5: PRIZE

After the opening week, 300 x 2 tickets will be drawn at random and the winners will be contacted by email on 14 April 2025.
The prize won cannot give rise to any negotiations on the part of the winners, nor to the delivery of its equivalent value in money, nor to its replacement or exchange for any reason whatsoever. If, for any reason, a winner does not wish or is unable to enjoy all or part of the prize won under the conditions described in these rules, or is deemed to have waived the full benefit of said prize, he/she may not claim or claim any compensation, consideration or other claim from the organising company in this respect.
ARTICLE 6: NOTIFICATION OF THE WINNERS AND WITHDRAWAL OF THE PRIZE
At the end of the competition, the winner(s) will be notified by the email they provided when creating their account, and by accepting the terms and conditions, you agree to receive email communication about the competition to the email address you provided.

The winner must collect his/her prize at the reception of the accommodation where he/she participated in the game. To collect their prize, the winner(s) must present themselves at the reception of the accommodation with their ID from the day after receiving the email informing them of their prize. They will have a maximum of 7 days from the day they are notified to collect their prize from the reception of the centre. If the winner does not collect their prize within the above-mentioned period, they forfeit the right to claim their prize, without the organiser being held liable and without receiving any compensation or financial compensation. Any further claims are excluded.
2) 300 x 2 Rita Ora tickets for the exclusive Westfield Hamburg-Überseequartier concert on 21/06/2025
The winners will be informed by e-mail on 14.04.2025. They will then be sent a second email with a link to a registration tool (Emendo) by 30 April 2025.
To receive the prize, the following steps must be completed:
After opening the registration link, winners must enter their first and last name, date of birth and email address. They must also enter the first and last name of the person accompanying them.
Furthermore, the winners must indicate which travel option they choose and whether there are any mobility restrictions to ensure that the concert runs smoothly.
The winners will then receive a separate email with personalised concert tickets entitling them to attend the Rita Ora concert on 21 June 2025 at Westfield Hamburg-Überseequartier at 20:00.
ARTICLE 7: DISPUTES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
The Organiser cannot be held liable if, in the event of force majeure or justified necessity, it is forced to cancel, shorten, extend or change the conditions of the Game.
The organiser may cancel or suspend the game in whole or in part or exclude a participant if it appears that fraud of any kind has taken place. In this case, it reserves the right not to award the prizes to the fraudsters and/or to prosecute the perpetrators of such fraud before the competent courts. You will receive an email to the email address provided by the organiser informing you of the cancellation of your participation.
The same applies to the prize received. In the event of force majeure, official orders and/or justified necessity, the Organiser may cancel, shorten and/or take any other measures it deems necessary, particularly in the case of an event. The Organiser cannot be held responsible for the use or trade of the prize by the winner.
The Organiser declines all responsibility for incidents and/or accidents that may occur during the claiming of the prize and/or as a result of its use, and excludes all guarantees and liability towards the winner.
In the event of disputes regarding the interpretation and implementation of these rules, the organiser shall endeavour to settle the dispute amicably with the participant(s). If an amicable settlement cannot be reached, any dispute shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts.
ARTICLE 8: PERSONAL DATA
The personal data collected in the context of the Game is intended exclusively for the Organiser and all companies of the Unibail Rodamco Westfield Group and is processed in accordance with the provisions on the protection of personal data, in particular Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of 27 April 2016 (hereinafter the ‘GDPR’) and Law No. 78-17 of 6 January 1978 as amended (hereinafter the ‘Data Protection Act’).

Personal data is collected, stored, retrieved and processed:
To register for the Westfield Club;
For participants to take part in the game;
For registration via Emendo for the Rita Ora concert tickets
To name the winner(s).
The legal basis for this processing is the fulfilment of a contract.
Personal data will not be transferred to countries outside the European Union. No profiling will be carried out.
The recipient of the participants' personal data is the following:
The organisers (including the staff of the shopping centres or the Quartier;)
21 Factory to enable the identification of participants via the QR code;
Emendo Event + Congress GmbH & Co. KG for the Rita Ora concert tickets to enable registration for the concert
Participants' personal data will be stored for the duration of the game plus one (1) week.
The personal data collected is mandatory for participation in the game. Consequently, the participant who exercises his/her right to delete his/her personal data before the end of the competition is deemed to have renounced his/her participation.
In accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation and the French Data Protection Act, participants and winners have the following rights
Access their personal data, in particular to verify its accuracy and completeness;
request the rectification of their personal data;
object to the processing of their personal data or request the restriction of processing;
Request the portability of personal data;
instruct the processing of their personal data after their death.

The above rights can be exercised by participants and winners via MyRights. If you wish to exercise the rights via email or would like further information, the contact details of the person responsible for data processing (including your data protection officer) are data.protection@urw.com or Place du Chancelier Adenauer 7, 75116 PARIS, France.
If the participant and/or the winners are not satisfied with the way in which their personal data is processed, they may lodge a complaint with the Hamburg Data Protection Authority, Ludwig-Erhard-Straße 22, 7th floor, 20459 Hamburg, Germany.
ARTICLE 9: AGREEMENT ON EVIDENCE
It is agreed that the Organiser may rely, in particular for the purpose of proving an act, fact or omission, on programmes, data, files, recordings, operations and other elements (such as surveillance reports or other statements) of any kind or in any computer or electronic format or medium, created, received or stored directly or indirectly by the Organiser, in particular in its information systems.
The elements in question constitute evidence and, if produced as evidence by the Organiser in a dispute or other proceedings, are admissible, valid and enforceable in the same way, under the same conditions and with the same probative force as any document produced, received or stored in writing.
ARTICLE 10: COMMUNICATION OF THE RULES OF THE GAME
The complete rules of the game are accessible directly in the app or after scanning a QR code placed as a sticker in the neighbourhood.
Any modification or interruption of the game or modification of these rules will be the subject of a modification directly visible in the app or after scanning a QR code placed as a sticker in the neighbourhood.
Any complaint must be submitted in writing to the Organiser at the email address specified in Article 1 of these Rules.
The Organiser reserves the right to respond or not to respond to any correspondence relating to the Game at its sole discretion.
ARTICLE 11: APPLICABLE LAW
The Game and the interpretation of these Rules shall be governed by German law.
All disputes arising in connection with this Game that are not resolved by an alternative dispute resolution method shall be submitted to the competent German courts.
