Pop-up exhibition at Westfield Hamburg-Überseequartier

Since 2012, the Affenfaust Gallery in St. Pauli has been showcasing contemporary art. Whether painting, installation or performance, the gallery’s exhibition programme is characterised above all by an openness to new forms of artistic expression. As such, it regularly organises events and projects that take place in public spaces.

Most recently, Westfield Hamburg-Überseequartier collaborated with the Affenfaust Gallery on the art installation ‘Aquarell’, which can be admired in front of Breuninger. Now the two are working together again to bring modern art to life for visitors to the district.

Various works by the Hamburg-based artist Vigdis are currently on display in the glass kiosk in front of Luicella’s. Her work is characterised by delicate, atmospheric colour gradients and an exploration of contrasts.
