This year, we’re literally sweetening your pre-Christmas season. We invite you to the Candy Christmas market on Überseeplatz and Überseeboulevard.
Starting November 11 at 4 p.m., a unique winter wonderland—the likes of which Hamburg has never seen before—awaits you in our district. Pastel-colored huts, oversized candy canes, lollipops, and pink fir trees will transport visitors of all ages into a magical landscape full of wonder and amazement.
Through January, you can enjoy the most wonderful time of the year here—not just on Advent weekends, but also in the evenings. A variety of dining options, as well as plenty of places to sit or stand—such as our brand-new Candy Lounge—invite you to linger. Select vendor booths, a large carousel, and a colorful stage program round out the Candy Christmas experience.
The Candy Christmas Market is open daily from 11 a.m. to 9 p.m., and until 10 p.m. on Thursdays through Saturdays. Admission is free.
