Preliminary remark
Participation in the marketing campaign organised by mfi Immobilien Marketing GmbH (Klaus-Bungert-Str. 1, 40468 Düsseldorf), hereinafter referred to as the organiser, is free of charge and does not entail any obligation to purchase. Participation is governed exclusively by these terms and conditions or, where applicable, by any additional special terms and conditions of participation.

In addition to these terms and conditions, the General Terms and Conditions of Participation for Competitions apply, which you can read HERE.


§ 1 Procedure
The duration of the marketing campaign is based on the announced participation period. Within this period, participants will have the opportunity to take part in the marketing campaign. If the marketing campaign takes place on several platforms at the same time (in particular social media platforms such as Facebook and Instagram), participants may take part once per platform.


§ 2 Participation
To participate in the marketing campaign, you must leave both a star rating and a comment with the hashtag #WestfieldCentroReviews on the Goodays review portal.
Participation is only possible within the announced participation period. Entries/submissions received after the closing date will not be considered for the allocation of prizes.


§ 3 Eligible participants
3.1 Natural persons who are resident in Germany and of legal age (see § 2 BGB) are eligible to participate. Minors and persons with limited legal capacity are eligible to participate if their legal representative has consented to their participation. Unless otherwise expressly stated, each participant may only participate in their own name and only once per competition.

3.2 Employees of the organiser and companies affiliated with it in accordance with Sections 15 et seq. of the German Stock Corporation Act (AktG), as well as employees of companies commissioned to carry out the marketing campaign and relatives of employees of the aforementioned companies, are excluded from participation. In addition, the organiser reserves the right to exclude persons from participation at its own discretion if there are justified reasons, in particular in the event

  • of manipulation in connection with access to or implementation of the marketing campaign,

  • in the event of violations of these conditions of participation,

  • in the event of unfair practices,

  • or in the event of false or misleading information in connection with participation in the marketing campaign.


§ 4 Prize, notification and delivery of the prize
4.1 The prizes listed will be awarded. The organiser reserves the right to replace the prizes listed in whole or in part with other prizes at any time at short notice without giving reasons.

4.2 The winners will be determined and the prizes distributed by means of a random draw among all participants, unless expressly stated otherwise. If the marketing campaign is linked to a task – e.g. answering a competition question or participating in a survey – only those participants who have correctly completed the task will be entered into the draw.

4.3 The winners of the marketing campaign will be notified of their win promptly by email, direct message or comment. In the event of a win, the organiser will ask the winners to provide personal details (first name, surname and address), which the winners must submit to the organiser within 7 days of notification. This personal data is required for the purpose of delivering the prize. Participants assure that the personal details they have provided, in particular their first name, surname and address, are true and correct. Failure to provide this information or providing incorrect information will result in forfeiture of the prize. In this case, the organiser is entitled to determine a winner in accordance with the other conditions of participation.

4.4 Unless otherwise specified, the prize must be collected from the organising shopping centre, which is managed by the organiser, upon presentation of an identity document for identification purposes. The prize cannot be exchanged or paid out in cash unless it is explicitly a cash amount. The prize is non-transferable. When collecting the prize, the winners must confirm this in writing.

4.5 Any additional costs associated with claiming the prize shall be borne by the winners. The winners themselves are responsible for any taxation of the prize.


§ 5 Termination of the competition

The organiser expressly reserves the right to terminate the marketing campaign without prior notice and without giving reasons, or to amend the conditions of participation (with the exception of the provisions on data protection). This applies in particular to any reasons that would disrupt or prevent the marketing campaign from running as planned.


§ 6 Data protection
6.1 mfi Immobilien Marketing GmbH, as the organiser, is responsible for processing personal data. The contact details are:

6.2 When participating in the marketing campaign, the following personal data will be processed electronically for the purpose of conducting and processing the competition: First and last name, title and address if applicable, and email address.
6.3 The legal basis for data processing is the fulfilment of a contract (competition) within the meaning of Art. 6 (1) lit. b) GDPR.

6.4 Personal data will be stored until the marketing campaign has been completed and will be deleted within two months of its completion.

6.5 The organiser expressly points out that personal data will not be passed on to third parties without consent. With regard to the data collected and processed by the review portal in the context of platform use, it refers to the review portal's data protection policy.

6.6 If the organiser uses external service providers to carry out the marketing campaign, these service providers are also obliged to maintain data confidentiality and are bound by German data protection law on the basis of special contractual provisions (contracts for commissioned data processing).

6.7 The organiser refers to the rights of data subjects under Articles 15-18 and Article 20 of the GDPR.

6.8 In the event of a win, the winner agrees to the publication of his/her name in the advertising media used by the organiser. This includes the announcement of the winner on the organiser's website and social media accounts (using a photo/video if applicable).
We would like to point out that, as a participant, you can object to the publication of your data at any time in the future. The revocation must be sent in writing to the above-mentioned responsible body/organiser of the marketing campaign. After revocation of consent, the participant's collected and stored personal data will be deleted immediately.


§ 7 Liability
Any liability for damages on the part of the organiser, including its employees and vicarious agents, arising from or in connection with the marketing campaign, regardless of the legal basis, shall be limited to cases of intent or gross negligence. Damages resulting from injury to life, limb or health or under the Product Liability Act are excluded from this limitation of liability.
Participants are solely responsible for ensuring that their participation documents are lawful and do not infringe any third-party rights.


§ 8 Declaration of indemnification

The organiser is organising the marketing campaign itself. It is not affiliated with any review portal and is in no way sponsored, supported or organised by any such portal.


§ 9 Applicable law

The organiser's marketing campaign is subject exclusively to the laws of the Federal Republic of Germany. Legal recourse is excluded.
