Parking FAQ

If you want to change your registered license plate associated with your Fisketorvets Advantage Club membership profile, simply log in to our website and register the new license plate. It is exactly the same principle as when you registered your first license plate, and the old license plate will then become invalid in the system.

The parking garage closes after the last movie in the cinema, which is why the hours vary. Around this time, you can only access the parking garage at the same end of the center as the cinema and most of the restaurants. If you need longer parking, we would refer you to our 24-hour underground parking garage. Parking in the basement is open 24 hours a day, parking on the roof opens at 7:30 and closes when the last movie in the cinema has finished, approximately 1:00.

Contact Fisketorvet's information center on Level 2, which can check or correct your license plate. You can also correct the license plate yourself if it is incorrect or if you change vehicles. However, a minimum of 7 days must pass between changes being approved.

You can re-register a license plate on your profile at the earliest every 7 days. If you need to re-register a license plate earlier, you can contact the Center Information on Level 2 or call us on tel. 33 36 64 00.

After payment, you have 15 minutes to leave the parking area. The payment machines are located outside the parking area at exits: DE, HG, F and C.

Gardian Fisketorvet

If you have registered your license plate as a member of Fisketorvet, you will immediately receive 4 hours of free parking per day. The time is reset at midnight. In other words, you can park for free several times during the same day - a total of 2 or 4 hours, respectively.

You can change your license plate that is associated with your membership.
• Start by logging into your member profile via Fisketorvet's website.
• Then register your new license plate.
The old license plate is then invalid. You can make changes to your license plate every 7 days.

You can park on Level 3 (roof) and Level 0 (basement), where there are almost always free spaces.
Look for the green lights in the ceiling, which mean free parking.
Other parking levels at Fisketorvet are reserved, you are not allowed to park here without special permission.

Pay with EasyPark

Open your EasyPark app, select area code 4396 and confirm that you are parking in the area you have entered and start your parking. The first 2 hours are free and will be registered as 0 DKK.
If "Automatic Camera Parking" is activated on your license plate, you do not need to do anything. Parking will be started and ended automatically when you drive out.

Pay with a payment card in a payment machine

Use your payment card in payment machines in the center and enter your payment card on the payment page. You can also pay with a card on your mobile phone. You cannot pay with cash in the machine.
After payment, you have 15 minutes to drive out of the area.

Would you rather pay when you get home? Then it's very easy on the website gardian.dk/Fisketorvet - here you enter your license plate and complete the payment online no later than 48 hours after you have left Fisketorvet.
If the payment is not registered within 48 hours after exiting, a charge will be automatically sent to the registered owner of the car in e-Boks or by regular mail if you are exempt from receiving digital mail from the public sector. The charge consists of payment for used parking and an administration fee of 89 kr.

Your parking time is counted from the time you drive past our automatic parking camera until the time you drive out.

• You always have 2 hours of free parking, after which the general parking regulations apply.
• If you register your license plate in our system, you extend the free time to a total of 4 hours.

In other words, you can register your license plate and extend your parking time - for up to two hours after you arrive.
