Lost & Found

Have you lost something or found an item? If so, simply get in touch with one of our two reception desks in the centre. We collect lost property there and look after it carefully so that it can be returned to its owners as quickly as possible.

Unclaimed lost property is handed over to the Vösendorf local authority’s lost property service once a month.

Lost a cuddly toy?

If your child’s favourite cuddly toy has gone missing, please do get in touch with our reception. And if, despite our best efforts, it doesn’t turn up, we’ll help dry those tears – with a free replacement cuddly toy.
